It's been two weeks and I haven't received my order.
When a package is not delivered, it is usually a result of the wrong shipping address being entered during the checkout process.
If an incorrect address is actually a real address, then unfortunately the wrong recipient may decide to either keep or discard the order, but hopefully they will return the items to us.
If the address has an incorrect Street Number, Street Name, City, State, or Zip Code, the US Postal Service cannot deliver the package. The package is then marked Return To Sender and can take anywhere from weeks to months for us to receive it back.
Say Thingz is not responsible for the delivery of orders when an incorrect shipping address is provided by you when you place your order. In addition, Say Thingz will not provide a refund or re-ship, free of charge, your order under these circumstances.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, we will contact you for the correct address and re-ship the order provided that you pay for the shipping costs.

This secure mode begins when you initiate your order. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom or top of your web browser. Also, when accessing a secure server, the site address will change from "http" to "https" in your browser.
I placed items in my Shopping Cart last week, but when I went to checkout today, I couldn't purchase them.
We only sell items that are In Stock.
Items cannot be reserved. If you place an item in your shopping cart (whether it was two minutes ago or two weeks ago) and then another customer purchases the last quantities of that item before you can checkout, the system marks the items as Out Of Stock and you cannot purchase them.
